Preparation and Usage
Meat 500/750gms, Basmati Rice 500/750gms(soked for 30 minutes), Yougart 1 cup(200gms), Milk Half cup, Cooking Oil/Ge 1 cup(150?200gms), 1 Onion medium sized (finely sliced) Laziza Pulao Biryani Masala one bag only.
In 1-2 glass of water add meat, Laziza Pulao Biryani Masala(one Bag only),cover & cook on low flame till meat is tender,(when meat is tender about one cup of curry should remain in the utensil. if less add required water).Pour the yougart & spread over the cooked meat curry.Separately boil the soaked rice in 12 glasses of hot water with 2-3 tablespoons of salt till half tender.Drain water throughly. Now mix the milk in the rice and spread the rice over the meat and sprinkle food colour. Fry sliced onions in the Gee/Oil till it becomes golden ligt brown and pour along with the oil over the rice. Cover and cook on low flame till the rice is fully cooked/tender. Mix well before serving
