Preparation and Usage
Fish Curry Recipe (Spice Mix for Fish & other Seafood) Fish (pieces) or prawns 1 kg Yogurt (whipped) 1 cup (200 gms) Onion (medium sized) one (finely sliced) Garlic paste 1 tablespoon Ghee/Cooking oil 1 cup (150 gms) Laziza Fish Masala one bag only Easy Steps: 1. Put salt or yellow gram flour (Baisan) on fish pieces/prawns and wash thoroughly after 5 minutes. 2. Fry onion until golden. Add garlic paste, Laziza Fish Masala (one bag) yogurt and fry for 5-6 minutes. 3. Put fish/prawns & fry for further 5-10 minutes. Add 1-2 cups of water, cover & cook on low flame until tender and ghee/oil separates. Put chopped green coriander and serve with boiled rice or chapati. Fried Fish / Prawns Fish (sliced or whole) or prawns 1 kg. Garlic paste 1 tablespoon Lemon juice or vinegar 4 tablespoons Laziza Fish Masala one bag only Easy Steps: 1. Mix together Laziza Fish/Masala (one bag), garlic paste, lemon juice or vinegar and apply on fish/prawns. Leave for 30-60 minutes. 2. Deep fry in hot ghee/oil until light brown. Sprinkle Laziza Chaat Masala and serve with fresh lemon. Baisen Fried Fish / Prawns 1. Follow step no. 1 of fried fish/prawn recipe. 2. In about one cup of Baisen (yellow gram flour) add half tablespoon salt & water to make thin batter. 3. Dip the marinated fish/prawns & deep fry until light brown.
